The Discovery Process is our way of learning your story and getting to know you, your clients and your process. We ask you questions, brainstorm together, and uncover true communication needs. This communication outlines our future strategic decisions.
What’s Included in the Discovery Process?
The Discovery Process is organized into 3 to 5 one hour meetings. Recovery time (for you) and research time (for us) is recommend between meetings. However, we have the ability to work with your schedule.
Also, we are really into research and love to do work in between meetings that can lead to new revelations.

Meeting one is all about you, your business, what you stand for, and why you exist. Your story.
TWO:
Meeting two is all about the people on the other side. Your ideal customers, who they are, what they need, and what they do.
THREE:
Meeting three is the connection point. We talk about engagement and how the people on the other side of your organization engage with you.
What’s Your Part?
All you have to do is commit to show up. Yep, it’s that easy.
We do all the heavy lifting.
You commit to 3-5 hours while we put in about 10-15 hours of work behind the scenes.
We prepare for the meetings, lead the meetings by asking strategic questions, and do all the additional research based on the information collected in meetings.

Once discovery is complete, we present a strategic solution and communication road map.
These tools will equip you to take a confident next step in the internal and external execution of your digital marketing plan.
